Your attention to detail will be beneficial as you manage candidate data screen candidates coordinate interviews and maintain accurate records. What Youll Do:
- Work closely with the Campus Recruiting Team HR Business Partners Hiring Managers Compensation Team and other Human Resources teams.
- Utilize Workday to manage application flow candidate statuses and reports.
- Support the Campus Recruiting Team in managing high volume candidate pools by screening candidates to send to Hiring Managers.
- Assist in preparation of offer letters and other relevant documentation.
- Maintain confidential candidate and employee records in compliance with privacy regulations.
- Create and update marketing materials through Canva to promote our programs.
- Event planning and management.
Compensation:
- The hourly rate for this role is $18.00/hour.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Business Administration Marketing Communications or a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in a coordinator or support role such as student admissions campus recruitment career services or internships involving event planning scheduling or communications.
- Reliable source of transportation as travel may be required for events.
- Excellent organizational skills attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Preference will be given to candidates who are available to work full-time or to December 2025 graduates with open availability or the ability to commit at least 20 hours/week.
