Job Description

Company Overview: Our Client a Karachi based company seeks to appoint experienced professionals for the following role

Job Scope:

Responsible for leading research initiatives to generate actionable insights on consumer behavior market trends and competitors. Translates data into strategic recommendations to support business growth manages a research team and communicates findings to senior stakeholders to enable data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Research Planning: Develop and execute research plans to gather insights on consumer behavior preferences and needs aligning with business objectives
  • Data-Driven Storytelling: Analyze complex data sets including customer feedback sales data and market trends to develop compelling narratives that inform business decisions
  • Market Intelligence: Lead market monitoring efforts tracking developments competitor activity and industry trends to identify opportunities and threats
  • Insight Generation and Recommendations: Develop actionable insights and strategic recommendations to drive business growth improvement and innovation
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor the team providing guidance support and development opportunities
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders ensuring data-driven decision-making
  • Methodology Development: Continuously refine and improve research methodologies tools and processes to ensure high-quality insights
  • Drive Business Growth: Inform strategic decisions with data-driven insights driving business growth and improvement
  • Enhance Customer Understanding: Develop a deep understanding of consumer behavior preferences and needs ensuring customer-centric decision-making
  • Stay Ahead of Market Trends: Continuously monitor market developments competitor activity and industry trends identifying opportunities and threats

Education

  • Minimum 16 years of education preferably Masters from a renowned and HEC recognized university or institution/equivalent foreign degree holder institution preferably in Marketing Communications or a related field.

Experience

  • Minimum 6-7 years of professional experience preferably in a large national/multinational organization.

Requirements:

  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. Excel SQL Tableau R Python)
  • In-depth knowledge of market research methodologies and tools
  • Exceptional communication presentation and storytelling skills
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior market dynamics and industry trends
  • Leadership and team management experience
  • Strategic thinking and business acumen

Age

  • The candidate should preferably be not more than 35 years of age as of the last date of submission of application.
