Job Description Summary:

Provides broad clerical support to the assigned department assisting with daily office tasks to keep operations running smoothly.

Job Description:

Office Assistant

Were looking for an organized friendly Office Assistant to keep the department running smoothly and support daily operations across the team.

What youll do
Welcome visitors and answer incoming calls providing assistance and handling general inquiries
Prepare a variety of documents and complete data entry using standard software and databases
Receive sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
Retrieve file and maintain records and information
Operate and care for office equipment to keep everything in working order
Monitor stock and distribute office supplies
Assist with projects and other tasks as needed

Qualifications
Work experience with Microsoft Office products required including Outlook Word Excel and PowerPoint
Strong attention to detail with accurate data entry skills
Clear professional communication with a customer service mindset
Ability to prioritize multitask and meet deadlines
Comfort using and maintaining office equipment; experience with electronic records or databases is a plus
