Role Objective:
Were on the hunt for a strategic and commercially minded Business Development Manager to join the team at Spark Arena in Auckland on a 9-month fixed term contract.
This is a high-impact role focused on driving revenue across premium hospitality arena memberships and venue hire while creating standout experiences for our clients. With a mix of hands-on business development and team leadership youll play a key role in shaping our corporate offering and unlocking new commercial opportunities on both event and non-event days.
As Business Development Manager youll work closely with Live Nation and QPAM to deliver innovative high-end offerings that maximise the full potential of the arena not just for concerts but across the entire precinct. Youll be the lead on our relationship with Spark manage a small team and collaborate with marketing venue ops and senior leadership to bring it all to life.
