Working with a team of product managers on the SAP market-leading business analytics product the intern will be responsible for supporting the product management team to operate the products WeChat channel and customer community create data visualizations conduct market/competitor research on GenAI topic evaluate and test product designs build and conduct product training presentations support teams day-to-day activities etc.

What youll do:

• Understand and be familiar with SAP Analytics Cloud product
• Own and manage WeChat Official Account of SAP Analytics includes marketing plan design content creation and translation user engagement etc.
• Develop customized data visualizations to support product design decisions.
• Conduct competitor research build product go-to-market materials (English and Chinese) and conduct product training.
• Support day-to-day activities of the product management team (support product PoC collect customer feedback monitor product forums update PM wikis etc.)

Required skills & Experience:

Were looking for someone who takes initiative perseveres and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized byifelong learning.

• Currently enrolled in universityas full-time student
• Commitment of 4 days per week for at least6months
• Bachelor or above in Computer Science Finance Data Science or related majors
• A quick learner. Detail-oriented be creative and be able to solve problems independently
• Passion for ToB product management go-to market and product training
• Excellent communication presentation and writing skills in both English and Chinese
• Knowledge of Generative AI BI and data analysis (desired)
• Knowledge of operating social media account (e.g. Wechat) (desired)
• Proficiency in English as the daily communication will be done in English
