What Youll Do

Summary/Objective:

The Mortgage System Administrator I is responsible for maintaining all Mortgage department operating systems from Origination through Servicing and for maintaining department reports. This position plays a key role in aligning system functionality with the organizations strategic objectives.

Essential Functions:

  • Responsible for the administration configuration and maintenance of the Mortgage POS and LOS as well as the Mortgage Servicing systems. Administration includes user role and access updates program and fee changes document updates and general setting enhancements.
  • Complete daily tickets through the mortgage ticketing system while maintaining open communications on status.
  • Onboard new mortgage employees ensuring a consistent experience.
  • Manage Mortgage technology password resets.
  • Ensure the call monitoring system is accurately maintained and adjusted as needed.
  • Assist with testing efforts and ensure issues are identified tracked reported and resolved in a timely manner.
  • Maintain and update department survey systems.
  • Maintain and verify the accuracy of reports used by the Mortgage department.
  • Coordinate with IS to facilitate the resolution of department technology issues.
  • Conduct an analysis on all data elements for the department reporting. Drive data quality and identify missing or incomplete data elements.
  • Run reports out of the Monarch system.
  • Assists in audit requests from senior management.
  • Update and maintain the Mortgage department Intranet page and Mortgage department Confluence pages.
  • Use scripting language to create test and implement scripts to facilitate process enhancements.
  • Review and submit department invoices for approval.
  • Must be able to work within a team environment as well as be an individual contributor.
  • Assist with the development and enhancements of department procedures.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned by Managers(s).

What Youll Need

  • 1-3 years of experience in software maintenance or related experience
  • BA/BS Degree preferred
  • Previous mortgage experience preferred
