What Youll Do:
- Perform service and repairs on industrial equipment in the field (80% billable time expected)
- Lead a team of 1020 Road Service Technicians providing daily guidance and long-term support
- Coach and train technicians to ensure high performance safety and customer satisfaction
- Conduct regular WIP (Work in Progress) reviews to ensure jobs are completed on time and under 30-day thresholds
- Collaborate with the Field Service Manager on performance reviews goal setting and continuous improvement
- Support new hire on-boarding including progress evaluations and skills development
- Perform quarterly van and worksite inspections to uphold our commitment to safety organization and top-tier customer service
- Jump in with technical or physical support when your team needs a hand
What You Need:
- At least 5 years of experience as a technician
- Proven leadership skills and a team-first mindset
- Strong technical expertise in industrial equipment repair and diagnostics
- Excellent communication organization and time management skills
- Working knowledge of Service Department processes and systems
- Ability to rotate into the after-hours call list
- A valid drivers license and a clean driving record
- High school diploma required (additional education a plus)
- Experience managing field-based or remote teams is a strong bonus
