Plan and lead implementation of PeopleSoft 9.2 Absence Management with Payroll integration.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to understand and translate requirements into effective PeopleSoft solutions.
Analyze design and configure functional/technical solutions for PeopleSoft enhancements and continuous improvement.
Translate end-user requirements into PeopleSoft-specific configurations and identify required customizations.
Provide technical support in design development testing and deployment of PeopleSoft applications.
Implement change requests in alignment with change management policies and procedures.
Review and recommend improvements to PeopleSoft HCM processes.
Coordinate with the Project Manager to develop project plans and resource requirements.
Maintain project technical documentation for management review.
Provide production support for PeopleSoft applications and resolve problem tickets in a timely manner.
Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support for business users.
Work with the application development team to ensure technical solutions align with business needs and overall architecture.
Document defects identified during testing collaborate with development teams on resolutions and retest fixes.
Assist with prioritizing defects based on business requirements and customer needs.
Create detailed functional documentation for changes issue reporting and process support.
4-year college degree or equivalent technical study.
5 years of experience as a PeopleSoft Functional/Technical consultant implementing Absence Management and Payroll.
Experience planning and leading implementation of PeopleSoft 9.2 Absence Management with Payroll integration.
Strong understanding of Fluid user interfaces for PeopleSoft 9.2 HCM modules (HR Payroll Absence Management).
In-depth knowledge of functionalities within the PeopleSoft HCM modules.
Ability to design develop and support application solutions to meet client requirements.
Experience analyzing and designing functional/technical solutions for PeopleSoft enhancements and continuous improvement.
Skill in translating end-user requirements into PeopleSoft configurations and identifying required customizations.
Proven collaboration with business stakeholders and IT teams to translate requirements into effective solutions.
Technical support experience in design development testing and deployment of PeopleSoft applications.
Ability to implement change requests in line with change management policies and procedures.
Experience reviewing and recommending improvements to PeopleSoft processes.
Coordination skills with Project Managers to develop project plans and resource requirements.
Ability to maintain project technical documentation for management review.
Production support experience for PeopleSoft applications including timely resolution of problem tickets.
Experience conducting training sessions and providing ongoing support for business users.
Collaboration with application development teams to ensure technical solutions align with business and architectural needs.
Experience documenting and retesting defects during testing cycles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to provide overall process assistance to PeopleSoft development teams.
Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
