RECEPTIONIST/FRONT DESK CLERK
Toyota of Cool Springs hasimmediate openings for full-time and part-time receptionists.
In need of receptionists available to work nights weekends or days
Flexibility is a must!
Schedule may vary depending on dealership needs. Some flexibility in covering may be required from time to time
Dealership hours:
Monday Friday: 7 am - 8 pm
Saturday: 9 am - 8 pm
DUTIES INCLUDE (but are not limited to):
- Greeting guests and providing the best customer experience possible
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Stocking coffee station
- Light paperwork
- Straighten guest areas
- Assisting various departments as needed
SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- Seeking a long term steady position that has potential for growth
- Punctual dependable positive and friendly
- Mature driven and passionate about your work
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must have general computer skills
- Able to work independently without supervision
- Previous receptionist experience isa plus!
