What we are looking for...

We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a variety of tasks has strong communication skills and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Someone who takes pride in doing their best every day. A person who listens to understand and not to respond.

Position Overview

As a receptionist you will be the first point of contact for our clients visitors and employees. You will be responsible for greeting visitors answering phone calls and managing a range of administrative duties. Your role is vital in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors ensuring they are directed to the appropriate person or department
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Manage scheduling for meetings appointments and conference room bookings
  • Maintain the front desk area in a clean and organized manner
  • Handle general administrative tasks such as filing data entry and document preparation
  • Receive and distribute mail and packages
  • Assist with office supplies inventory and ordering
  • Provide general support to other departments as needed
  • Other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum:

  • High school diploma or equivalent such as the GED from an accredited educational institution
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook Teams)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize work
  • Positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred

  • Additional administrative or office training
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred
