AI and Digital Transformation - Director Consulting Delivery

Position Description:

The Director Consulting Delivery AI & Digital Transformation will lead strategic initiatives that leverage artificial intelligence automation data analytics and emerging digital technologies to drive measurable business value for clients. This role is accountable for shaping and delivering complex transformation programs advising senior stakeholders on digital strategy and ensuring successful implementation of AI-powered solutions at scale. The Director will oversee cross-functional consulting teams manage client relationships at the executive level and contribute to business growth through thought leadership and new opportunity development.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Client Engagement & Delivery Leadership
- Act as a trusted advisor to C-level executives shaping digital and AI transformation strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead large-scale consulting engagements ensuring on-time on-budget and high-quality delivery.
-Manage stakeholder expectations and drive adoption of AI and digital solutions across the enterprise.

AI & Digital Transformation Strategy
- Develop frameworks for AI adoption digital operating models and data-driven decision-making.
- Identify opportunities to integrate emerging technologies (GenAI automation advanced analytics IoT cloud platforms) into clients business processes.
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business outcomes.

Practice & Capability Development
- Build mentor and lead high-performing consulting teams with deep expertise in AI data and digital solutions.
- Develop reusable delivery methodologies accelerators and best practices for AI and digital transformation programs.
- Partner with product and innovation teams to pilot and scale new digital offerings.

Business Growth & Thought Leadership
- Drive business development through account expansion proposal development and executive presentations.
- Represent the firm in industry forums conferences and publications as a thought leader in AI and digital transformation.
- Contribute to revenue growth targets and profitability for the consulting practice.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Education & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Business or related field (Masters/MBA preferred).
- 1215 years of progressive consulting experience with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing AI/digital transformation programs.
- Proven track record of delivering complex enterprise-level technology and transformation initiatives.

Technical & Domain Expertise
- Deep knowledge of AI/ML Generative AI automation (RPA/IPA) data analytics and digital platforms (cloud SaaS IoT).
- Strong understanding of enterprise technology landscapes and digital operating models.
- Familiarity with regulatory ethical and governance considerations in AI adoption.

Leadership & Consulting Skills
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Strong business acumen with ability to link technology initiatives to financial and operational outcomes.
- Demonstrated success in building and mentoring diverse high-performing consulting teams.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced client-driven environments with complex challenges.
