Bachelors Degree Mechanical Engineering. Bachelors Degree Mechatronic Engineering. Bachelors Degree Aerospace Engineering. 4 years of experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
Position Purpose:
Provides the necessary support to ensure manufacturing process flow in compliance with engineering requirements and quality standards and seeking continuous improvement of manufacturing processes in accordance with the goals and / or objectives of the Projects.
Job Description
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
Essential Functions:
- Support on the CNC development programs for the new products of 2 and 3 axes .
- Implementation CNC projects; Analysis and plans conceptualization .
- Support other departments .
- RCCA Analysis .
- Internal and external quality problems solution .
- Create TMOS .
- Support the robust FA system .
- Select technology tools; create tooling 3D models.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Other Requirements:
- Experience in manufacturing processes considering geometric tolerances and fabrication processes.
- Knowledge in forming and drilling tools.
- CNC Programming.
- Part Design & Generative Shape Design Platforms in CATIA V5.
- Experience in drawings interpretation corrective actions MS Office.
- English 80%.
- Available to travel.
- US Visa.
