The opportunity

Join our People Consulting team and help shape the future of work. Youll work on exciting transformation programmes that make a real difference to our clients. From strategic workforce planning to embedding cultural change youll be part of a team thats driving sustainable impact across organisations.

Your key responsibilities

• Youll lead and support client delivery manage projects and contribute to the growth of our practice.
• Youll build trusted relationships provide expert workforce planning advice and help shape our service offerings.
• Youll also support recruitment and mentor junior team members.

Skills and attributes for Success

• Youre confident with workforce planning including demand and supply analysis and data insights.
• You understand organisation design and change management.
• Youre a strong communicator problem solver and collaborator who can influence stakeholders and deliver practical solutions.

Ideally Youll also have

An appreciation for data and technology in workforce planning and experience in professional services or large organisations.
