- Keeps all air-conditioning and refrigeration equipment in good state of maintenance and repair.
- Checks frequently all major air handling units for right functioning and performance cleanliness of filters.
- Performs regular preventive maintenance of all air handling units and refrigeration equipment in accordance with the schedule.
- Checks daily temperatures of all refrigerated stores and inspects the respective condensing units for proper function.
- Carries out repairs to air-conditioning and refrigeration equipment when necessary.
- To be thoroughly familiar with all regulations regarding safety at work and observes these meticulously at all times.
- Observes cleanliness at the place of work and on the job after completion of work.
- Ensures cleanliness of appearance and uniform particularly when working in guest areas. Takes part in any work that requires the full participation of the Technical Service Department.
- Takes all measures required for occupational and worker health and comply with all measures taken.
- To predict that all activities and to be purchased all equipment and belongings may create disease for the environment to join all activities which is organized to protect biological diversity and shares the responsibilities shares the individual responsibilities in order to increase environment knowledge and to carry on necessary trainings. To provide minimum consumption currently used all stuffs and equipment (paper printed out etc.).

- To implement his responsibilities in order to eliminate and collect waste in a proper way reduce environmental pollution and harmful effects to the environment.
- To provide carrying chemicals safely carrying storing and using in accordance with laws controlling reducing chemical dirtiness.
- Carries out all responsibilities related to the quality management systems implemented at the facilities.
- Carries out all other duties assigned by managers and hotel management not specified in the job description.
Qualifications :
- Education: At least a technical high school or vocational diploma.
- Experience: At least 2 years of practical experience required by the job.
- Foreign Language: Not required.
- Courses and Training: Not required.
- Computer Literacy: required.
- Skills: Expected to use standard specific tools and devices related to the job and that can be learned in a few months. If necessary it is expected to possess certification in the related field (apprenticeship certification semi-skilled certification. Expected to possess technical knowledge about the methods techniques and processes related to certain areas of the job.
