What youll do

At Frekuent were not just building payment solutions were creating seamless experiences that move businesses and customers forward. As our Product Owner Intern youll act as a bridge between product and technology helping to turn epics into clear user stories and actionable technical requirements as well as supporting communication of product roadmaps launches and new features across the company.

What youll be doing:

• Collaborate in defining and refining epics turning them into user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Translate functional requirements into technical specifications for development teams.
• Actively participate in agile ceremonies (planning grooming retros daily stand-ups).
• Support building and communicating the product roadmap ensuring proper visibility of new releases and features.
• Document and share developments with the involved areas.
• Analyze feedback from users and stakeholders to enrich backlog prioritization.
• Contribute ideas and propose improvements in processes with initiative and openness.

Who were looking for

• Advanced student or recent graduate in Computer Engineering Computer Science or related fields.
• Basic knowledge of software development APIs or modern architectures.
• Understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban).
• Native/fluent Spanish.
• Intermediate/advanced English.
• Strong execution and problem-solving skills youre not afraid to tackle challenges head-on.
• Takes accountability and consistently owns the outcome throughout the process.
• Embraces feedback as an opportunity for growth.
• Naturally proactive always looking for ways to move projects forward.
• Comfortable speaking up and proposing bold creative ideas that add value.
