Specialty: Family Medicine Floating: Yes additional locations: All other Family Medicine locations Locals Accepted BLS Required Skills Required: Outpatient Clinic/ Urgent Care Center Obtain 12 lead EKG Blood Glucose Monitoring/Testing Obtain/Instruct clean catch urine Phlebotomy Ear Drops Eye Drops IM & SQ NG Tube/G Tube Oral Subcutaneous Oxygen administration Simple dressing changes Discharge of Patient Follow up phone calls Labeling of specimens Medication reconciliation Pain Assessment Management Patient Health Questionnaire/History/Allergies Pharmacy calls/patient refill requests Set up aseptic /sterile procedure trays Telephone Triage Throat specimen collection Vaccine AdministrationVital Sign monitoring Pap Smear Able to work independently in a fast pace environment. Completed Competencies to included but not limited to Rooming/Injections/EKG/Nasopharyngeal Swabs/Blood Pressure/Ear Flushes Flexible Strong Communication Skills Adaptable and willingness to work with others Dependable Punctual. Ambulatory and Peds. experience.
