JOB TITLE: Supplier Quality Engineer
LOCATION: Los Angeles CA
PAY RATE: $58.22/hour
We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Summary:
-
Conducts technical analysis troubleshooting and product modifications per customer specs.
-
Provides hands-on support: testing diagnosing and repairing electronic/mechanical hardware.
-
Uses adhesives chemicals soldering/de-soldering hand tools and test equipment.
-
Works from engineering drawings schematics diagrams and written procedures.
-
Provides technical training/briefings to customers vendors and company reps.
Requirements:
-
Ability to Obtain Secret Clearance
-
4-year degree OR 2-year degree 4 yrs experience OR equivalent technical/military background.

3 5 yrs reading engineering drawings & schematics.
-
3 5 yrs electronic troubleshooting (fault isolation to component level).
-
3 5 yrs electro-optical sensor hardware/software experience.
-
3 5 yrs electronics maintenance (commercial/military) using hand tools.
-
3 5 yrs with test equipment operation repair calibration.
-
3 5 yrs Microsoft Office proficiency.
-
Familiarity with test equipment (oscilloscopes digital multimeters rework tools).

Safety shoes required
-
Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs; full-time onsite role.

Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
