### RTO after booking is NOT allowed and is NOT allowed to be worked out onsite. Any call offs or additional RTO on unit could possibly turn into a Cancel and DNR ### ***NO HOLIDAY RTO FOR THIS ROLE*** ***FOR THIS UNIT TECHS START DIRECTLY ON THE UNIT ON MONDAYS UNTIL THEY HAVE THEIR DIMENSIONS TRAIINING*** REQUIRED SKILLS / CERTS / EXP: Minimum Years of Experience: 2 Years Minimum Experience Traveler Experience: Locals Accepted / Rate Difference: Yes Skills: Scrub Circulate Telemetry ***MUST HAVE IR Experience - 90% is IR*** Certs: ACLS BCLS ARRT or RCIS PREFERRED SKILLS / CERTS / EXP: Skills: Perform EKG lead placement Certs: ARRT Advanced Cert RCES RCIS with Med Experience JOB DETAILS: SHIFT: *40 Hours Can Be Offered Unit will accept contracts 13-20 weeks! 8 HOUR DAYS; 07:30 - 16:00 Call Requirement: During the week call is 16:00-07:30 the next morning. Weekend call is Friday 16:00 until Monday at 07:30. Twice a week for two weeks in the month one call weekend (Friday night-Monday morning) per month and one week following call weekend no call. Expect urgent/emergent cardiology and interventional radiology procedures. Callback time is 30 minutes for STEMIs IR callback time is determined based on procedure type. Call team consists of three staff members one of which is an RN. Float Requirement: NONE Weekend Requirement: Every Third Weekend ***NO HOLIDAY RTO FOR THIS ROLE*** PATIENT AGE GROUP: Adults and Geriatrics PATIENT DIAGNOSES: Vice Implants: PPM ICD SPECIAL PROCEDURES / UNIT DETAILS: We are a combo lab (IR/Cardiology/Vascular/EP) with an approximate 80%-10% split with IR being the 80% 10% being other procedure types. **Assist the provider while performing diagnostic/interventional radiology and cardiology procedures. Scrub circulate IR/Cath Lab procedures and cardiology procedures. ***Medication administration performed by RN only. SPECIAL EQUIPMENT: GE MAC Lab Philips iFR/IVUS Canon and GE Labs Angio Jet Pneumbra EKOS Inari CSI Atherectomy System Bovi System for Implanta Plasma Blade Cutter Radiofrequency Ablation Unit Venous Closure Unit Sono Site S2000 Ultrasound Unit IABP Impella. SCHEDULING TYPE: Per Unit Needs; ***NO HOLIDAY RTO FOR THIS ROLE*** UNIT ORIENTATION: 40 Hours; 40-80 hours SCRUBS: Yes. Scrubs are provided.
