Lead administration and engineering of Identity & Access Management (IAM) systems ensuring secure and seamless access for users systems and applications.
Administer and manage Zscaler ZPA (Zero Trust Network Access) including policies configurations and troubleshooting.
Administer and maintain CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) including vault management session policies onboarding/offboarding privileged accounts and compliance reporting.
Support and maintain Active Directory and Group Policy Objects (GPOs) for secure user and system access management.
Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft Entra Connect Sync (Azure AD Connect) for hybrid identity synchronization.
Provide basic administration and troubleshooting for VMware Azure VMs and underlying operating systems (Windows and Linux RHEL).
Support networking VPN and zero-trust principles in secure access environments.
Develop automation scripts in PowerShell to streamline IAM and PAM administration tasks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with compliance audit and security standards.
Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for IAM and PAM technologies and provide mentorship to junior engineers.
