Job Description

- Lead administration and engineering of Identity & Access Management (IAM) systems ensuring secure and seamless access for users systems and applications.
- Administer and manage Zscaler ZPA (Zero Trust Network Access) including policies configurations and troubleshooting.
- Administer and maintain CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) including vault management session policies onboarding/offboarding privileged accounts and compliance reporting.
- Support and maintain Active Directory and Group Policy Objects (GPOs) for secure user and system access management.
- Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft Entra Connect Sync (Azure AD Connect) for hybrid identity synchronization.
- Provide basic administration and troubleshooting for VMware Azure VMs and underlying operating systems (Windows and Linux RHEL).
- Support networking VPN and zero-trust principles in secure access environments.
- Develop automation scripts in PowerShell to streamline IAM and PAM administration tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with compliance audit and security standards.
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for IAM and PAM technologies and provide mentorship to junior engineers.
