Job Description

Position Number: S73220
This position is a Grade: 6 - 37.5 with an approximate salary range of $31770 - $38130 and is subject to change based on experience skills and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service to faculty staff students parents visitors and vendors
Issue parking permits and maintain accurate permit records
Accept and process parking ticket payments efficiently
Handle parking appeals and communicate decisions professionally
Provide fill-in support for departmental operations
Perform related administrative duties as assigned
Maintain positive relationships with diverse campus community members
Qualifications:
High school diploma or the equivalent combination of education and experience
One to three years of related work experience
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
Proficiency in computer applications and database management
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Professional demeanor when interacting with diverse populations
Previous administrative or customer service experience preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

The duties of this position may allow the employee to work partially remote as deemed appropriate by their supervisor
This position is considered Essential Services Staff; Essential Services Staff are required to report to campus and remain during inclement weather and other emergency situations; they are defined as those needed to deliver student services and maintain campus facilities campus safety and security
Overtime hours may be required as needed
