Peraton is hiring a Service Desk / Network Operation Center Lead to support a government customer in Linthicum Heights MD. This individual would be the lead responsible for the Tier 1 support to a government candidates team is the first point of customer contact for network related operational issues. Typical Tier 1 support includes but is not limited to requests related to COTS hardware failures software failures application questions installations relocations turn-ins access rights hardware/software loaners network communication failures new user requirements temporary computer product check-outs and other computer related requirements.
