DescriptionPrincipal Duties/Responsibilities
- Sales Operations
- Monitor pipeline health reporting and performance tracking across APAC.
- Manage licenses and cost-associated tools ensuring optimal utilization.
- Support D365 data management and cleansing for accurate performance reporting.
- Project & Campaign Support
- Partner with Sales Engagement Leads to drive account planning and campaign success tracking in Dynamics 365.
- Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator to build marketable databases and qualify leads.
- Manage and distribute leads to ensure timely follow-up and conversion tracking.
- Contribute to special projects such as APAC newsletters SOP creation and investment or market landscape research.
- Collaboration & Reporting
- Support stakeholders on strategic research requests and ad-hoc assignments.
- Provide regular progress updates to the APAC Sales Engagement Leader.
- Actively support the Client Satisfaction process including NPS survey distribution and data analysis
QualificationsQualifications Skills Knowledge & Competencies
Qualifications: Must have a Batchelors degree or sufficient local level qualifications to support suitability for the role
Skills:
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced multi-project environment.
- Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Capability to work independently and collaboratively across time zones.
Tools:
- CRM Systems: Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Salesforce (mandatory)
- Prospecting Tools: LinkedIn Sales Navigator (mandatory)
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Word)
- Market & news intelligence tools such as Factiva (advantageous)
