Position Summary

As the CSR you will be responsible for providing a great experience for all customers using parking. As a CSR you will maintain positive customer and client interactions while maintaining an agreeable helpful attitude.

Schedule

This can be a full or part-time position (/- 24 hours each week). The schedule will be determined on a weekly basis and is subject to change based on business needs. Initially this position will serve to provide mornings afternoons/evenings weekends and holidays.

Position Requirements

• Successful completion of a criminal background check
• At least 16 years of age

Customer and Client Service Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet every customer you encounter with a warm and friendly greeting.
• Offer to assist every/any customer who appears to need assistance.
• Assist customers with payment at kiosks as necessary.
• Direct customers entering the parking facility.
• Assist customers with processing online booked vouchers as necessary.
• Keep all work areas clean organized and presentable.
• Effectively communicate with all team members and managers.
• Report immediately to management any issues related to customer or client experience.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism with clients and work to establish a positive rapport with every customer and learn the names of key people (property managers engineers janitorial security etc).
• Responsible for some cleaning duties of the neighboring parking lot as needed.

Auditing and Enforcement Duties and Responsibilities:

• Audit each designated parking lot/garage and check for violations
• Issue citations to violators and follow detailed citation issuance protocol

Other Duties and Responsibilities:

• You will be asked from time to time to perform other duties not listed in this description. The expectation is that you are flexible and open-minded to these assignments.
