Job Description
Lead and innovate within Singapores dynamic influencer marketing landscape. You will take the helm of our operations shaping strategies and leading a dedicated team to execute impactful campaigns that drive significant growth and client success. This role offers the unique opportunity to blend strategic leadership with hands-on creative execution in a fast-evolving digital market.
What Youll Do
- Oversee and optimize all influencer marketing operations within Singapore.
- Lead mentor and manage the high-performing Influencer Marketing Team in Singapore.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to translate client briefs into innovative and effective influencer marketing campaign proposals.
- Drive the execution of creative and impactful influencer marketing campaigns across Singapore.
- Identify cultivate and maintain strong relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders.
- Facilitate and attend client meetings to thoroughly understand requirements and ensure successful campaign planning and execution.
- Monitor campaign performance diligently ensuring contract compliance and continuously identifying areas for improvement.
- Stay ahead of the curve by keeping abreast of emerging trends technologies and influential figures in the digital landscape.
Who You Are
- Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Marketing or Business.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Influencer Marketing Creator Engagement or Public Relations.
- Proven experience leading and managing a team.
- Detail-oriented with a strong ability to take initiative prioritize tasks and multitask effectively.
- Excellent organizational project management written and verbal presentation skills.
- Experience in livestream management and set-up.
- Equally adept as a creative and strategic thinker.
- Fluent in English both written and spoken.
