We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Brand Intern to join our team. The Brand Intern will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of brand strategies marketing initiatives and promotional activities. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about building and shaping brand identity.
Position Responsibilities:
Support Brand Manager with the Brand Campaigns
Follow-up with creative agency and social media agency to ensure weekly postings of social media and brand KPI performance report are delivered within timelines
Assist Brand Manager in completion of brand playbook
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review and ensure brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints
Compile industry trends and competitive analysis on brand campaigns
Assist in maintaining brand guidelines and ensuring adherence to brand standards
Contribute to the execution of brand-building events campaigns and product launches
Coordinate with vendors on obtaining quotations PO and payments for overall Digital Marketing Brand and ESG teams.
Support and assist with Brand Reporting and monthly social media audit
Support on social media digital leads reporting and website updates to the team in the event of Managers absence
Support the team in internal marketing events such as ESG events Quarterly Townhalls Volunteer Days Blood Donation Drive and more.
Required Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters degree program preferably in marketing communications business or related field
Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with Canva design software is a plus
Passion for branding marketing and consumer behavior
Proficiency to read and write in Mandarin is a plus
