Key Responsibilities
Client Planning
Assist in writing the internal client brief once the strategy has been agreed.
Assist in implementing and executing the communications planning process working collaboratively with specialists to ensure the client brief is delivered upon by mobilising appropriate resources.
Assist in projects manages clients communications plans including timelines and budgets and communicates directly with the client as required.
Assist in creatingthe composite media plan ensuring media plans delivered by the specialists are accurate and reflect theoverall strategy and translate the specialist plans intoa composite plan.
Assist in the audit and PCA process.
Team
Supporting the team in assisting new joiners to learn the role and supporting with up-skilling as required.
Operational Finance
Responsible for accurate and timely invoicing to our clients.
Ensure media plans match invoices.
Knowledge & Skills Youll Need
