Job Description

Individual Contributor Support Specialist (Client & Regional Support) About the Role Were looking for a highly organized and proactive IC Support Specialist to play a critical support role for our regional team. This individual will work closely with two Senior Strategic Partner Managers (Sr. SPMs) enabling them to focus on higher-level strategic management addition to supporting internal workflows and administrative needs this role will directly manage a portfolio of approximately 20 25 clients ensuring a best-in-class partner experience. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to deepen their cross-functional knowledge support multiple workstreams and grow within strategic account and regional operations.
