About the role
The project controller manages the project planning and risk management processes including the project master schedule work breakdown structure and risk register. The role collaborates with the Design Authority Project Manager and provides support to the account manager control account manager and engineering resources.
Role Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the project work breakdown structure and supporting deliverables list.
- Implement and supervise the project scope management process.
- Using industry best practices develop and maintain a resource-loaded project master schedule using Microsoft Project.
- On a weekly basis perform schedule status updates and schedule quality analysis.
Qualifications and Experience
- Tertiary qualifications in project management finance engineering business administration or a related field.
- 5 years experience as a project scheduler in complex ICT delivery projects.
- Experience developing and maintaining earned value management processes including schedule risk analysis rolling wave planning and EVM reporting.
The successful candidate will contribute to the development and improvement of core project processes including project scheduling scope management resource management risk management and earned value management.

Security Requirements:
To be eligible for this role you must be an Australian Citizen. Due to the work environment our client has requested that all candidates are required to hold a current NV1 Security Clearance. The successful candidate will need to undergo an additional security assessment before commencing in the role.
