Since 2016 Thrive Early Learning Centres has experienced significant success and growth. We are founded by our clear vision Being committed to childrens futures through creating lifelong learning experiences through a rich and stimulating learning environment where children and their families feel secure and supported.
We currently have 12 operating centres across NSW and VIC catering for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years of age.

About The Centre
Thrive Mount Druitt located in Western Sydney is our purpose-built centre licensed to cater for up to 75 children per day.
The leadership team values the importance of a healthy work/life balance which is shown through their effective teamwork in sharing responsibilities.
The team in Mount Druitt have on going support from their Centre Leader Assistant Centre Leader and Educational Leader who provide adequate programming time and encourage all educators to contribute.

About The Role
We are looking for an early childhood educator with a completed Diploma or Certificate III qualification to join the team in a full time capacity.
There is also an opportunity for a diploma qualified educator to work part time (Wednesday Thursday & Friday).
We are looking for a professional with experience in programming and the ability to inspire motivate and maintain a positive learning culture within the centre for children families and educators.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
Build and maintain meaningful relationships with children families and colleagues.
Have sound knowledge of and demonstrate high-quality practice in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
Work in positive collaboration with all members of the team.
Maintain effective communication with parents/carers.
Actively contribute to the educational program through conversations observations and documentation.
