Our Company is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Training Support Specialist to join our Learning and Engagement team in Boca Raton FL!
The Training Specialist is responsible for identifying and monitoring the companys training needs specifically for affordable housing systems and operations. This role includes designing conducting and evaluating training programs for systems compliance and operational procedures to meet the needs of the companys affordable housing division. The Training Specialist will contribute to the companys success by onboarding new hires providing ongoing support and creating training materials that ensure compliance and operational excellence.
*** 3 years of hands-on regulatory compliance experience with Project Based Section 8 HUD LIHTC required for this position.
