What Youll Do
Drive Business Development: Expand our client base through consultative outreach and relationship-building with finance and accounting leaders.
Lead Talent Acquisition: Recruit and place highly skilled accounting and finance professionals from staff accountants to CFOs ensuring strong cultural and technical alignment.
Consult & Advise: Provide clients with market intelligence compensation insights and hiring strategies to support business objectives.
Mentor & Collaborate: Work alongside industry-leading partners with the opportunity to guide junior recruiters as the division grows.
Deliver Impact: Be the bridge between top-tier talent and organizations that need them most.
Who Were Looking For
3 years of staffing recruiting experience ideally within accounting & finance.
Proven track record of new business development skills
Experience managing client relationships and full-cycle recruitment with measurable success.
Self-driven disciplined and motivated by results.
Ability to work in our Orlando FL office (not a remote role).
