About the Job:
As part of Capcos People & Culture Team you will support the full Performance & Rewards cycle from start to finish ensuring our people are recognized rewarded and empowered to grow their careers. You will deliver analyses and insights that drive impact around workforce engagement and retention while also contributing to special projects and initiatives that evolve with the business. This role blends people-focused work with data-driven problem solving to enhance both the employee experience and business outcomes.
