Job Description
Position Title: Senior Resident Critical Care
Department: Critical Care / EMS
Location: Sir H N Reliance Foundation Hospital Girgaon Mumbai
Key Responsibilities
- Management of critically ill patients in ICU under supervision of Consultants
- Monitoring and interpretation of hemodynamic respiratory neurological and renal parameters
- Performing emergency procedures like intubation central line insertion arterial line insertion tracheostomy etc.
- Coordinating with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care
- Assisting consultants in advanced therapies including CRRT ECMO and mechanical ventilation strategies
- Participation in academic activities research and clinical audits
- Teaching and training of junior residents fellows nurses and allied staff
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: MD / DNB in Medicine / Anaesthesia / Pulmonary Medicine / Emergency Medicine / Critical Care Medicine
- Candidates with IDCCM / IFCCM / DM Critical Care Medicine will be preferred
- Experience: 03 years post MD/DNB (freshers may also apply)
- Registration: Valid Maharashtra Medical Council registration
- Good communication teamwork and patient management skills
- Commitment to academic learning and research
