Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Housekeeperto lead and deliver a high-quality cleaning and laundry service within our care home. The role is essential in maintaining a clean safe and hygienic environment for residents staff and visitors at all times.
The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of housekeeping and laundry operations ensuring that services meet the highest standards of cleanliness infection control and resident satisfaction. This includes supervising a team of Housekeepers ensuring tasks are carried out efficiently and in line with the Foundations policies procedures and health and safety regulations.
The Senior Housekeeper will also play a key role in creating and maintaining a positive team culture that reflects the values of the care home supporting a collaborative respectful and resident-focused working environment.

Staff Training
All our staff take part in a structured training programme which is tailored to each individual and is geared to help them to offer the high standards of care that are expected in a Whitgift Care home.
