Maersk Air Cargo is in the technology transformation phase and are looking for their next chapter. This role will unify the day to day support operations technology platforms and airline specific technology landscape management into one and unique service offering
- Support and maintenance for all internal IT including systems software and hardware
- Office Support
- Coordination with Maersk and external suppliers
- End user device management
- Telephony
- Network
- Procurement and other administrative task
- Service coverage during illness and holidays
- Additionally some travel might be required
- Project management
- Process documentation and creation
- Stakeholder management
- Excellent PC support skills
- A rudimentary understanding of networking andfirewalls
- Experience with Azure AD and Endpoint Manager
- M365 Defender
- Microsoft Office 365
