Overview
Summary:
To plan coordinate and control specific Facility Maintenance operations. Responsible for the maintenance of specific physical facilities. Provide for an uninterrupted flow of utilities based upon existing design criteria. Major emphasis shall be placed upon preventative and predictive maintenance. Coordination and supervision of Facility Maintenance and Preventative Maintenance personnel. Management of all construction and facility projects.
Administers and supervises the housekeeping and laundry functions of the all hospital facilities.

Qualifications
High school or GED required.
Trade or vocational school in a related field preffered.
Three to five years experience in commercial institutional or healthcare facility at a management level preferred.
