Central Ohio Primary Care is seeking a full time IT Service Desk Administrator for our central business office in Westerville OH. The IT Service Desk Administrator is primarily responsible for supporting employees at our Central Business Office and all remote sites.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answer incoming phone calls and emails in a timely fashion. Provide resolution and response to employees.
Responsible for ticket queue prioritization and management via Zendesk Ticketing System. Escalate calls and/or ticket requests as needed.
Utilize the Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT) to deploy images to new and existing computers.
Troubleshoot printer(s) and software as needed (e.g. Office 365 Chrome GlobalProtect VPN eClinicalWorks etc.).
Perform user account management tasks in Active Directory and ADManager Plus.
Provide weekly after-hours on-call support.
QUALIFICATIONS:
A. Education Licensures & Certifications
Required: High school diploma or equivalent
Required: 2 years of technical support or equivalent computer experience
Preferred: Technical certifications (e.g. CompTIA Microsoft Cisco)
Preferred: Zendesk or other ticketing system experience
B. Knowledge Skills & Abilities
Must be able to work occasional weekends as needed
Exemplified customer service in all facets of support
Pride of ownership; sees tasks to completion
Self-motivated with the ability to work in a team environment
Comfortability interacting with people in-person and over the phone
Knowledge of macOS
Moderate knowledge of Windows 10 and 11 operating systems
Moderate knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Moderate knowledge of creating images using an MDT deployment system
Moderate knowledge of enterprise environment networking
Working ITIL knowledge and practical application
Knowledge base article documentation
Knowledge of IT Asset Management
