The Corporate Sales Assistant Manager is a sales function responsible in bringing sales through corporate clients. The Corporate Sales Officer will be assigned to handle broker and direct channel.
The assigned CS Officer shall lead manage and develop the assigned brokers under him / her in line with the corporate objectives and vision. CS officer is also expected to provide inputs and recommendations to Broker contacts related to broker accounts and clients.
Position Responsibilities:
1. Effectively execute strategies and action plans on handling corporate accounts and lead generation activities.
2. Meet the set targets in terms of APE number of producing Brokers and number of closed cases.
3. Train and manage brokers to sell employee benefits to corporate clients. This will include Group Insurance Group Credit Life and packaged products
4. Build and execute process to ensure that Service Level Agreements for the delivery of corporate account and lead generation requirements are met.
5. Build and maintain a professional and ethical broker channel in line with regulatory industry and company standards.
