Are you ready to lead a high-impact team and shape the future of aftermarket support for Caterpillars Hydraulic Mining Shovels (HMS) Were looking for aLifecycle Managerwhos passionate about keeping machines running parts moving and customers happy.
In this role youll lead a team of five and take charge of everything aftermarketfrom strategy to execution. Youll work across the company to make sure our dealers and customers have the right parts at the right time and at the right price. Youll also coach and mentor others helping grow aftermarket expertise across the HMS organization.
What Youll Be Doing:
Lead the Aftermarket Strategy: Own the big picture for parts and servicesinventory planning pricing upgrades and more.
Champion Parts Availability: Make sure the shelves are stocked with the right parts to keep machines running smoothly.
Drive Business Growth: Contribute to annual plans focused on parts sales margins and inventory performance.
Guide New Product Introductions (NPI): Lead aftermarket deliverables from launch through full rollout.
Solve Real-World Challenges: Tackle issues like backorders supply chain delays and quality concerns by working with logistics and support teams.
Optimize Margins: Run pricing studies cost reduction projects and improve low-margin parts.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work with experts in drivetrain hydraulics filters and more to push forward key initiatives.
Support Customer Solutions: Help develop repair options improve service efficiency and support customer contracts to lower operating costs.

What Skills You Will Have:
Service Excellence: Knowledge of mining products services and dealers to leverage the enterprise to meet our customers needs. A clear understanding of the importance of Caterpillar parts and service to our customers. Sense of urgency when addressing issues for our customers.
Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches tools techniques for recognizing anticipating and resolving organizational operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.
Effective Communications: Excellent communication skills (written verbal presentation) for a global and diverse audience. Appreciation for diversity in our dealers and customers and the ability to tailor the message for each situation.
Inventory Management: Ability to effectively track order and maintain stock levels of goods within a business ensuring optimal supply to meet demand while minimizing costs by avoiding overstocking or stockouts.
Business Process Improvement: Knowledge of business process improvement best practices and ability to use methods for identifying evaluating introducing and implementing more efficient approaches to performing business related activities.
Customer Focus: Demonstrated accountability for delivering to our customers. Passion for solving problems and delivering value for dealers and customers
Top Candidates Will Also Have:
Working knowledge in the Caterpillar parts and aftermarket business policies systems and procedures
Knowledge of the Mining Industry and the HMS product line
Additional Information:
This position requires the candidate to work full-time at the Tucson AZ office.
This position may require 15 % travel.
Domestic relocation assistance is available.

Summary Pay Range:
$144960.00 - $217320.00Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors job level market locationjob-related knowledge skills individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
