Position Summary
The Barback supports bartenders by ensuring the bar is fully stocked clean and operating smoothly. This role is essential in maintaining efficiency providing excellent customer service and creating a positive guest experience.
This role will pay an hourly rate of $6.00 and is tip eligible

Responsibilities
- Stock and replenish beer liquor wine garnishes glassware and other bar supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area including counters shelves sinks and equipment.
- Assist bartenders by preparing garnishes changing kegs and refilling ice bins.
- Collect and wash glassware and utensils throughout shifts.
- Remove trash and recyclables as needed to keep the bar area organized.
- Follow all safety sanitation and alcohol service guidelines.
- Provide support during busy periods to ensure fast and efficient service.
Qualifications
- Previous bar restaurant or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed.
- Must meet the minimum age requirement to work in establishments serving alcohol (varies by state).
