Job Description
Veterans Engineering is seeking licensedPharmacists to provide inpatient and outpatient pharmacy services at the PhoenixVA Health Care System. This long-term contract offers stabilitycompetitive compensation and the chance to directly impact the lives of ournations Veterans.
Responsibilities
- Dispense and verify medications for inpatient & outpatient settings.
- Collaborate with physicians nurses and care teams.
- Support safe medication therapy and quality improvement initiatives.
- Maintain required training CEUs and VA credentialing.
Requirements
- Graduate of an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy (B.S. Pharmacy or Pharm.D.).
- Active unrestricted pharmacist license in any U.S. state/territory.
- Controlled substances license eligibility.
- Completion of VA credentialing background check BLS/ACLS training prior to start.
