We are seeking adetail-oriented and knowledgeable Sr Benefits Analystto oversee the administration and compliance of our retirement programsspecifically our403(b) plans and 457(f) nonqualified retirement plans.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of 403(b) and 457(f) retirement plans including recordkeeping contributions distributions and reporting.
Coordinate enrollment participant communications and educational initiatives.
Process plan transactions such as deferrals rollovers withdrawals and distributions.
Ensure compliance with IRS regulations ERISA (where applicable) and state/federal laws.
Serve as the primary point of contact for participants providing guidance on eligibility contributions vesting and distribution options.
Prepare and maintain plan documents amendments and summary plan descriptions (SPDs).
Support annual reviews audits and plan evaluations.
Collaborate with TPAs recordkeepers and investment providers to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor vendor performance and address service-related issues.
Minimum Education and/or Training:
- Bachelors degree in business administration human resources or related field required
Minimum Experience:
- Four years of professional level experience in Human Resources with at least two years experience with benefits and/or HR information systems preferably at St. Jude
Licensure Registration and/or Certification:
- CBP CEBS or PHR/SPHR certification preferred
Compensation
In recognition of certain U.S. state and municipal pay transparency laws St. Jude is including a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This is an estimate offered in good faith and a specific salary offer takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets experience and training licensure and certifications and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the salary range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $70720 - $126880 per year for the role of Senior Benefits Analyst.
