What will you do

The KYC Team ensures proper execution of Customer Due Diligence (CDD) on the new and existing corporate clients and counterparties of NIBC. Located in the head office in The Hague the team assists advices and performs the role of quality keeper of the sector teams for the CDD execution of all new and existing transactions.


To strengthen our team we are searching for an Experienced CDD Analyst who is as motivated and enthusiastic about CDD we are and will support us in creating and reviewing KYC files for our corporate clients and counterparties while at the same time ensuring the quality of the process.

As an Experienced CDD Analyst you will be an integral part of the team and a strong contributor to the integrity awareness within NIBC. You will be actively involved to assist and advise the several sectors with the complete process of their CDD activities quality assurance and approval of the files

Your team

The KYC Team is a small close and high performing team. As a result we are looking for a flexible team player with excellent analytical and strong written and verbal communication skills (English and Dutch). Considering the team size in combination with the transaction flow candidates should be able to work independently and manage their such a small team you will have the opportunity to grown in several aspects of the role and also make a visible impact on the CDD role within NIBC.

We expect candidates to combine hard and soft skills naturally and to have a good sense for interpersonal relationships. To deliver push-back and deal with contravening interests candidates should be able to independently develop an own opinion and be in the possession of a solid spine. A Think Yes mentality and an eye for details are key!

What do you bring

Candidates should be equipped with knowledge of CDD practices and CDD related (EU) laws & regulations have demonstrable experience (at least 2 4 years) in (a) comparable function(s) and (b) in the possession of an HBO or University degree. Depending on experience and capabilities a lot of ownership and responsibility can be given.
