Your Mission-Critical Impact

Drive Complex Transactions

• Manage end-to-end sale campaignsfor retail assets including data room preparation and stakeholder liaison

• Coordinate due diligence processesensuring accurate information collection and presentation

• Meet critical transaction timelinesthrough effective internal and external stakeholder management

Build Lasting Client Partnerships

• Develop and maintain strong client relationshipsby understanding their specific needs and objectives

• Provide regular updates and comprehensive reportsthroughout transaction processes

• Respond promptly to client inquirieswith professional expertise and market insight

Lead Market Intelligence

• Conduct in-depth market researchanalysing retail property trends locally and nationally

• Prepare comprehensive market reportsand presentations for clients and internal teams

• Monitor economic indicatorsand their potential impact on the retail property sector

Create Compelling Investment Stories

• Assist in creating high-quality pitch materialsand investment memorandums

• Prepare and deliver compelling presentationsto clients investors and stakeholders

• Contribute to marketing strategiesfor retail assets

What Makes You Our Ideal Candidate

• Bachelors degree in Finance Real Estate Economics or related discipline

• 5 yearsof retail property investment valuation or capital markets experience

• Financial modelling skills with strong proficiency in Excel and other relevant software

• Deep retail fundamentalsknowledge: NOI optimisation tenant mix strategies cap rate dynamics
