Job Description

UVP is currently hiring for a full-time Regional Revenue Cycle Assistant.
SUMMARY
The Regional Revenue Cycle Assistant is responsible for various functions within the business office. This includes organizing and maintaining revenue cycle processes within the office setting handling the revenue cycle electronic inboxes & payment phone calls and providing an exceptional patient experience that aligns with UVP core values. Starting pay for this position is $18.00-$20.00/hour.
LOCATION AND SCHEDULE
This position is hybrid. It will be two days are our Bloomington clinic two days at our Golden Valley clinic and one day work from home. The work schedule is an 8-hour day Monday thru Friday.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Organize sort and process physical mail for multiple practices.
- Ordering supplies.
- Triage incoming calls.
- Take payments over the phone.
- Process patient payments.
- Create a positive experience for patients within RCM interactions.
- Organize sort and process emails.
- Project based tasks.
- Participate in regular team meetings; provides positive feedback and suggestions.
- Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Two to three years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
