Now Hiring: Pipe Shop Foremen Day & Night Shift Metro Denver
A leading manufacturer supporting the energy sector has secured a major AI data center construction contract and is scaling rapidly. Were seeking two experienced Pipe Shop Foremenone for day shift one for night shiftto lead production teams in a fast-paced high-output pipe fabrication environment.
What Youll Do:
Supervise and coordinate skilled trades in a modern fabrication shop
Maintain safety quality and production standards
Interpret drawings specifications and job orders
Adjust work sequences and direct shop floor activity
Support a culture of performance training and accountability
What Were Looking For:
5 years of fabrication or industrial welding experience (spool welding Mig Tig FCAW (flux core arc welding))
Prior leadership/supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting
Strong blueprint reading and scheduling skills
High-volume or mass production welding background preferred
Willingness to work overtime as needed
