DescriptionSummary of Role
The Outsourcing NNA Learning & Development Training Administrator will directly support the Learning and Development programs across Outsourcing Non-North America. Reporting to the Lead Trainer the role will concentrate on learner enrollment and experience management.
The training administrator will workclosely with all members of the Global Learning & Development team and will be responsible for providing support and administrative assistance for all aspects of current/future training addition the role will help with the creation of eLearning material.
The Role
The Outsourcing NNA L&D training administrator will be responsible for training logistical preparation and learner experience management. Support will include the following activities:
Pre-Training Activities
- Use the organizations learning management system (Oracle Learning Management/OLM) to create classes and enrollment links
- Create and release approved L&D pre-training mailers
- Monitor participant enrollment and update of enrollment status
- Send-out training invites and reminders
- Manage logistical preparation on food venue and training materials (as applicable)
- Update training material and training course content when required
- Creation of eLearning courses
Actual Training Activities
- Provide on-the-day support for the trainer/facilitator and participants
Post-Training Activities
- Consolidate results of the evaluation/feedback forms
- Create and release approved L&D post-course mailers
Report Management
- Generate necessary reports from the learning management system to determine enrollment statuses
- Update and manage L&D Calendar participation and budget trackers and issue logs
- Create monthly and quarterly L&D metrics reports from various data sources
- Assist with updating L&D Microsite and TCT site
QualificationsThe Requirements
- Bachelors degree required
- 1 - 2 years of experience in training support/admin required
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Experience in data gathering consolidation and presentation is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint
- Proficient in eLearning authoring software preferable
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to collaborate and has a self-starter attitude
- Highly trainable especially in using the learning management system (Oracle Learning Management/OLM)
- must be amenable to EMEA shift (2PM - 11PM)
