Position: Account Executive
As an Account Executive you will play a key role in building strong relationships between clients and workers. Success in this role means being able to manage client communications effectively understand their needs and ensure that the services provided meet the companys standards.
Responsibilities:
Arrange and facilitate conference calls between clients and employees
Handle customer complaints with appropriate and professional solutions
Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries via the official Admin WhatsApp
Qualifications:
Aged 2227 years old
Minimum education: Diploma 3 (preferably in Communication Studies Psychology Management Marketing or Public Relations)
Based in South Jakarta or surrounding areas
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer relations or customer service
Strong public speaking skills
Target-oriented detail-oriented multitasking communicative honest innovative and quick to learn
Proficient in Microsoft Word Excel Gmail and WhatsApp
Willing to work remotely or on-site (WFO) with weekdays off
Willing to work with targets and commit to a minimum one-year contract
