You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are currently seeking a new Account Executive to join our Mid-Market Sales team.
Our Account Executive Mid-Market team is rapidly growing and focused on driving Clio value for larger law firms. They generate pipeline forecast opportunities evaluate technical product fit and partner towards solutions to complex problems leveraging Solution Engineers and our Channel. They are human and high performing; while also working cross-functionally to drive Clios development of the #1 cloud based solution for mid-market firms.
Strategically work qualified opportunities through 3-15 month deal cycles
Work closely with a dedicated BDR to hunt and prospect for new opportunities
Methodically manage a sales pipeline and forecast in SFDC
Skillfully qualify product fit in discovery calls deliver value based demonstrations while leveraging strong product knowledge and inside sales best practices
Work with Solution Engineers Channel Partners Product and CS to provide solutions to customers
Develop business cases for prospects compelling events and negotiate deal closures
Comfortably navigate through multiple decision makers including large partnership groups & C-Suite executives to secure all approvals
Consistently exceed your annual sales quota and be well-compensated for doing so
4 years of progressive experience on an inside sales team (or equivalent experience)
2 years closing large complex deals with multiple stages in the SaaS industry
Highly passionate
High performing in previous roles.
Experience in the legal industry
Experience selling an operating platform
Experience in a hyper-growth environment

The full salary range* for this role is $84200 to $105200 to $126200 CAD and the full commission range is $84200 to $105200 to $126200 CAD. The opportunity to earn commissions beyond the stated amounts are possible as commission earnings are uncapped.
We aim to hire all candidates between the minimum and the midpoint of the full salary range. We reserve the midpoint to the maximum of the salary band for internal employees who demonstrate sustained high performance and impact at Clio. The final offer amount for this role will be dependent on individual experience and skillset of the candidate. Please note there are a separate set of salary bands for other regions based on local currency.
