Join our Risk and Advocacy function as an Operational Resilience Risk Manager. This is a senior opportunity to shape and strengthen resilience practices across the organisation.
What youll do
- Lead business resilience and continuity frameworks policies and tools
- Set resilience requirements and oversee Critical Operations
- Provide Second Line advice assurance and regulatory alignment (CPS 230)
- Drive training awareness and a strong resilience culture
- Lead crisis/incident response and embed lessons learned
- Report to senior management and mentor team members
What youll bring
- Relevant tertiary qualification in a related discipline (business law finance commence IT mathematics risk compliance) is highly desired
- 5 years experience in operational risk and/or operational resilience (including business continuity) roles within a financial services environment
- Strong understanding of Insurance Operations
- Demonstrated experience in risk and control frameworks
- Experience with prudential regulatory frameworks specifically CPS 230
- Proven experience in dealing with senior management
